第三者dì sān zhě

1.當事雙方以外的人或團體。如甲乙兩方訂定契約，而須負連代保證責任的丙方，即為第三者。

例如如：“這對青梅竹馬，因第三者的介入而告分手了。”

第三者在民間稱呼為“小三”、狐狸精（意思像狐狸那樣迷惑男性的女性）、邪花。通常情況下，第三者被定義為破壞別人家庭的人和合法夫妻關係的人。
