坐月子

坐月子是指孕婦產後用一個月或多月的時間進行休養。坐月子可以追溯至西漢《禮記內則》，稱之為“月內”，距今已有兩千多年的曆史，為產後必須的儀式性行為。從社會學和醫學的角度來看，“坐月子”是協助產婦順利渡過人生生理和心理轉折的關鍵時期。
