初伏chū fú

1.夏至後的第三個庚日，是三伏中頭伏的第一天。

2.通常也指從夏至後的第三個庚日起至第四個庚日前一天的一段時間。也叫“頭伏”

初伏是關於日曆法的一種說法，指夏至後的第三個庚日，是三伏中頭伏的第一天，通常也指從夏至後的第三個庚日起至第四個庚日前一天的一段時間。

按中國的日曆法來說，是真正暑天的開始。初伏固定為10天， 初伏從夏至日後第三個庚日始（稱入伏）。
